👉En primer lugar, debes sentarte y prestar atención al cuerpo, relajando cada músculo lo mejor posible. Luego focalizas las sensaciones emocionales, enfocando la atención hacia el corazón e intentando discernir las emociones que se sienten en ese momento. Es necesario aceptarlas sean positivas o negativas e incluso tratar de sonreír mientras se hace de cara a observar posibles cambios en las emociones sentidas e intentas atraer esas emociones positivas. Para ello podemos emplear frases que nos traigan sensaciones de paz, amor o positividad, o bien la imaginación. .
🧘‍♀️Este ejercicio se lleva a cabo pensando en primer lugar en uno mismo, luego en un amigo, a continuación en una persona que no valoremos ni bien ni mal, luego en alguien con quien tengamos conflictos y finalmente en el conjunto de los seres vivos. mindfulnessmeditation ➡️➡️Maaaan it felt good to be back in that gym today!! Don't get it twisted. My #homeworkouts have been 🔥🔥 but ain't nothing like that gym sweat. I mainly went to get on that exercise bike though. Besides running, that bike is definitely my favorite cardio. I don't do much cardio these days but that bike is just something I can get lost in. One day I'm gonna get my real bike fixed and hit the trails with that.

Lately I've been getting a lot of encouragement from friends and it feels good. They've told me how proud they were that I've been sticking with it. Even though I don't post or talk about working out to get anyone to notice me, it feels good to be noticed. I spend so much time hyping myself up to keep going and GO HARDER. It's nice to be recognized by the people that I love. Hopefully I'm inspiring others to get the best out of their lives and not make people think that their wasting their lives. En estos momentos de encierro, incertidumbre y ansiedad, podemos aprovechar al máximo las salidas recreativas con los niños, aplicando ejercicios de respiración y mindfulness en cada paseo.
Hoy salimos a dar un paseo por la montaña, prestando especial atención en cada rama, cada nube o piedrita que nos encontramos. Jugamos a buscar hongos, a intentar identificar las calles y casas desde arriba, jugamos con los autos y las personas que se veian chiquitiiitos.
Luego nos sentamos en el pasto y respiramos conscientemente el aire puro. Sentimos el sol en la cara, y nos quedamos en silencio escuchando los pájaros y en viento entre las ramas.

Cuando voy con Cata a algún sitio me encuentro a veces apurándola para que camine mas rápido sin distraerse tanto, y es bueno recordar que los niños son expertos en mindfulness, y podemos aprender mucho de ellos compartiendo momentos únicos en los que prestamos atención plena.

Then start making choices based on these values. By doing so, you’ll be choosing things that align with you and what you’re trying to create.⠀

mindfulnessmeditation It’s Sweden’s National Day. It’s the height of early summer. It’s been a strange spring and I have yet to figure out how I feel about it.

I have not been affected by Covid in the way that many many other have (professionally, physically, socially) yet I feel raw, like a wound that just started to heal and may open at any point.

I’ve lost track of most of my practices. Forgotten them. I’ve focused all that presence on my (mothers) 13 year old dog. He is here now, for how long, nobody knows. It’s okay that he’s become prio no 1 for now. He’s helped me avoid any panic about being grounded. For that I am thankful.

I don’t think or plan ahead. I can’t bring myself to do it. Time still passes by, the world still spins. It’s a very weird experience. Life, right now.

One of the highlights of my day is walking thru my garden to see what’s new from the day before. The garden changes every single day - always offering me a little something to marvel over. A day or two ago my pea vines were full of beautiful blossoms. Today, I was surprised to find a baby pea pod growing (swipe right). Despite all the things to feel weary about these days, seeing my garden grow is something to feel good about. mindfulnessmeditation Last night was the strawberry full moon. Full moons are a good time to let go and reset, so I did my yoga, journaled, and meditated. I made it my intention to release self-doubt during this full moon. .

I reflected on my journey struggling with self-doubt, and I realized that it was the root of a lot of my problems. It held me back and beat me down, but I am still grateful for that journey because it taught me strength and the power that I have. It taught me how to fight against the negative thoughts and the hate that I had for myself. .

This isn’t to say that my self-doubt is gone forever. It’s normal to feel a bit doubtful sometimes, but even when it shows up now I know to not let it take control. .

Do some deep breathing, meditation, or movement beforehand so that you are feeling grounded as you go into the conversation.⁠

Speak what's true for you. Take your time, if you need to. Notice what comes up for you internally as you engage or confront. If there is discomfort there, witness it. ⁠

👉🏽Dose Yourself⁠
⁠
 You can speak your truth but you can not change another person's perspective without their consent. It is not your job to do other peoples' heavy lifting for them. If you are noticing yourself become emotionally dysregulated or overwhelmed, it's okay to pause the conversation and return to it later.⁠

👉🏽Nurture Yourself⁠
⁠
Notice if your body remains in fight, flight, or freeze mode after the conversation is over. If you find that you are emotionally drained afterward, make sure to practice good self-care. Make a cup of tea, call your bestie, go to bed early. Nurturing yourself will help you rise again tomorrow.

mindfulnessmeditation Sometime this year I made a commitment to myself that no one was allowed into my life who drains my energy. ⚡️🌪

What this meant for me was:
.
▪️ Unfollowing people and pages on social media who post negative things, complain, criticize, or encourage sad feelings (they lower your vibration).
.
▪️ Recognizing negative behavior in others and being real with myself that if I associate with them, it could happen to me. Does your friend talk bad about their other friend? They'll do it to you, too, one day. Protect yourself and back out of that friendship.
.
▪️ Finding people I trust to open up to, and avoiding those who make judgemental remarks. This includes family members and spouses. There are no exceptions based on relationships according to energy laws.
.
▪️ Surrounding myself with others who inspire me, and live the life I want. They practice the same habits I do and have personal integrity, commitment to their goals, and ambition. Their strength and actions inspire me when I am not feeling inspired.
.
By taking these ACTION STEPS in your life, you can start to naturally attract more healthy relationships.
.
