What you are living is real, so make sure you are allowing yourself to take time. To sit, to breath, to clear your mind and step into your intuition. Breath work is a big part of my practice. I have suffered with extreme cases of anxiety in the past and sometimes it comes creeping back in when doubts and negative forces arise. Sometimes it feels hard to breath... so I treat myself gently, I am kind to my spirit. I stop, I breath and I listen. yogicbreathing It’s never too late to BEGIN!! I saw my hormones take the better of me and my health going in a complete downward spiral with a yo-yo effect. Weight loss - weight gain , workouts regular and irregular , hot flashes , emotional highs  and lows . Several doctors and multiple pills . Until I determined to take control of myself and BEGIN .. it’s been 90 days of consistent dincharya - pranayam , meditation, yoga , studying , clean cooking according to my dosha and self reflection . I can safely say that I am 100% hot flashes free . I have lost 3 kgs in the past month and will continue to shed more . ( I intend to loose 15 kgs in all) I have  more  control of my emotions than I ever did before . And I am taking zero medication.It’s a beautiful journey and I found my partner - MYSELF  and my mentor - AYURVEDA .

It’s never too late to BEGIN!! I saw my hormones take the better of me and my health going in a complete downward spiral with a yo-yo effect. Weight loss - weight gain , workouts regular and irregular , hot flashes , emotional highs and lows . Several doctors and multiple pills . The breath in and breath out combined with the movements releases tension, and if you don't agree with that then at least its a really deep stretch to get you more flexible and look after your joints.

Don't ever get disheartened if you struggle with any of it, carry on at your own pace, breathe into every movement and you will progress.

We all experience some degree of stress from time to time. This constant state of anxiety can be draining both mentally and physically. 
To help with this, here’s a simple yet effective pranayama (breathing) technique to shift your energy.

You will find this breathing helps to
☆ connect more deeply with your body ☆ calm your nervous system ☆ decrease stress in your body

How to do square breathing: ☆ Visualise the breath travelling along four equal sides or square
☆ Slowly exhaling all of the air out, emptying the lungs of stagnant air
☆ Inhale gently through your nose to a slow count of 3 or 4
☆ Pause at the top of the breath for a count of 3 or 4
☆ Exhale gently through your nose for a count of 3 or 4
☆ Pause at the bottom of the exhalation for a count of 3 or 4
☆ Repeat the cycle 5-10 times ☆ Finish your last cycle allowing your breath to return to it's natural pattern/rhythm and observe the calmness in your body & mind. 
Anyone can practice this breathing and it can be done any time during your day.

Nadhi shodhan means purification of nadis. There are 72000 nadis in human body. Out of which halves are Ida and other halves are Pingla. When you achieve balance between these nadis, third Nadi we call sushmana Nadi gets activated. Sushmana Nadi powers our brain and generates vibration in our body.
